Weight lifting is the cornerstone of improving body composition. The focus is on compound movements and progressive overload to build metabolically active muscle, which boosts your resting metabolism, strengthens bones and joints, and enhances functional strength for everyday life. Our belief is strength training should be a part of every adult’s fitness lifestyle, to build and maintain muscle mass, sustain healthy metabolism, and promote longevity.

We work with our clients to create a macro-specific meal plan that focuses on simple whole foods, emphasizes protein, and removes many of the refined carbohydrate, ultra-processed foods that lead to obesity, metabolic dysfunction, and poor health. We utilize technology to aid in daily tracking, so that the proper caloric intake is obtained, to ensure steady body recomposition (building muscle while reducing body fat).

We offer several comprehensive training packages:

2-Month Commitment Package – one (1) 90 minute evaluation/training session, and fifteen (15), 60 minute training sessions) – this is a good starter package for those who are new to physical training, or may not be ready to fully commit to a longer plan.

4-Month Transformation Package – one (1) 90 minute evaluation/training session, and thirty (30), 60 minute training sessions)

12-Month Longevity & Lifestyle Package – one (1) 90 minute evaluation/training session, and one hundred (100), 60 minute training sessions)

Specific pricing for packages can be provided upon consultation. All package costs are due at the first session.
