The cornerstone of weight loss and weight management consist of two things – exercise and nutrition. Losing weight by using only restrictive dieting is a recipe for failure. One of two things usually happen to people who lose weight this way – they regain the weight when they grow tired of the diet and go back to their earlier eating habits, or they lose muscle mass. Often times both. This creates a terrible cycle that can ultimately lead to poor health and degraded quality of life.

We utilize traditional cardio movement such as treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, and rowing to aid in weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and to improve cardiovascular efficiency. We also incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). These short, intense bursts of activity followed by brief recovery periods are highly effective for burning fat and improving aerobic capacity in a time-efficient manner.

We work with our clients to create a macro-specific meal plan that focuses on simple whole foods, and removing many of the refined carbohydrate, ultra-processed foods that lead to obesity and poor health. We utilize technology to aid in daily tracking, so that a proper calorie deficit can be maintained to ensure steady weight loss.

We offer several comprehensive training packages:

2-Month Commitment Package – one (1) 60 minute evaluation/training session, and seven (7), 30 minute training sessions) – this is a good starter package for those who are new to physical training, or may not be ready to fully commit to a longer plan.

4-Month Transformation Package – one (1) 60 minute evaluation/training session, and thirty (30), 30 minute training sessions)

6-Month Longevity & Lifestyle Package – one (1) 60 minute evaluation/training session, and forty five (45), 30 minute training sessions)
